This Policy applies specifically to "authorized users" (e.g., employees of third-party developers, partners, and internal staff) who access the Portal for professional business purposes. This Policy does not apply to end-users (players) of Bagelcode’s games.

We collect information necessary to authenticate your identity, manage access privileges to our proprietary data, and ensure the security of our platform.

Note: Access to the Portal is strictly controlled via SSO providers (e.g., Google, Okta/Auth0). We do not collect or store your passwords; authentication is handled entirely by the third-party identity provider.

Information We Collect Automatically
We typically collect certain personal information automatically through a variety of tracking technologies when you use our websites and applications or interact with our Services, including (i) cookies or small data files that are stored on an individual’s device or computer, (ii) mobile SDKs, and (iii) other related technologies, such as pixels and logging technologies (collectively, "tracking technologies"). In some circumstances, we may use third-party partners or technologies to collect this information. Information we collect automatically about you may be combined with other personal information we collect directly from you or receive from other sources.
Web Beacons
Pages of the Portal and our electronic communications (e.g., emails) may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit us**,** for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an e-mail and for other related website statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain website content and verifying system and server integrity).
Other Technologies

Artificial Intelligence Features
To enhance our Services, we may offer features powered by artificial intelligence ("AI Features"). When you use these AI Features, we collect and process the information you provide, which may include text queries, uploaded documents, user preferences, and other contextual data you submit ("Inputs"), and may retain a history of your Inputs to better understand your context in current and future interactions.

Since we use third-party OAuth providers (like Google), it is possible for a minor to attempt login using a personal account. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information from our servers immediately. Non-Discrimination and Appeals

Automated decision-making
We may use automated decision-making technologies to support our data processing activities. Our automated decision-making capabilities include logic that provides special offers relevant to your usage. By using this logic, it helps us improve customer experience. Before processing your request to exercise certain rights (taking into account the confidential nature of any personal information we maintain), we will need to verify your identity and confirm you are accessing our services or otherwise interacting with us from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland. In order to verify your identity, we will generally either require the successful authentication of your account, or the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems. As a result, we require requests submitted to include first and last name, email address, phone number, state of residency and/or the date of your last transaction with us.

PROVISION AND CONSIGNMENT OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
To provide smooth services, Bagelcode manages the provision (sharing) and consignment (outsourcing) of personal information as follows.
(1) Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties for their own independent use (e.g., marketing) without your explicit consent.
- General Rule: We do not provide personal information to any third party.
- Exceptions: We may provide personal information without consent in the following cases as prescribed by law:
- When required by other laws or regulations.
- When necessary for the emergency safety of the life or body of the data subject or a third party.
- When necessary for the investigation of a crime, indictment, and prosecution prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Act.
(2) Consignment (Outsourcing) of Personal Information Processing
Bagelcode entrusts personal information processing tasks to external professional companies ("Trustees") to ensure service efficiency. We supervise these trustees strictly in accordance with Article 26 of PIPA.
- Domestic Consignment: Currently, we do not entrust personal information to domestic (Korean) vendors for the Portal service. All processing is handled via global cloud infrastructure.
- Overseas Consignment (Cross-Border Transfer): Since we use global cloud and authentication services, your data is transferred to and processed in foreign countries.

However, please note that if you refuse the transfer, you may not be able to use the Portal services, as these essential functions (hosting, authentication) are provided by the overseas vendors listed above.

PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect and use personal information for the following specific purposes. We do not use personal information for any purposes other than those set forth below.
- Member Management: Identification and authentication of users for Portal access; maintenance and management of membership qualifications; prevention of unauthorized use of services; confirmation of intent to join; handling of complaints and inquiries.
- Service Provision: Granting access to specific dashboards (NebulaScope, KPIs); providing software resources (SDKs, APIs); managing download permissions.
- New Service Development & Marketing: Development of new statistics/analysis tools; statistical analysis of service usage; delivery of advertising information such as events (only with optional consent).
- Security & Safety: Access control; detection of abnormal usage patterns; preservation of records for dispute resolution.

PERIOD OF RETENTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
(1) General Principle
In principle, we destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved (e.g., upon deactivation of your Portal account/access or termination of our Service agreement with you).
(2) Statutory Retention Requirements
However, if retention is required by relevant laws and regulations, we retain the information for the period specified by such laws. During this period, the information is stored in a separate database (DB) and used only for the purpose of retention.

PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF DESTRUCTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Bagelcode destroys personal information immediately after the purpose of collection is achieved or the retention period expires. The procedure and method are as follows:
(1) Destruction Procedure
- Information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database (or a separate storage location for paper documents) after the purpose is achieved.
- It is stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws (see "Period of Retention and Use") and then destroyed.
- Personal information stored in the separate database is not used for any other purpose unless required by law.
(2) Destruction Method
- Electronic Files: Permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent the reproduction of records.
- Paper Documents: Shredded with a shredder or incinerated.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF DATA SUBJECTS AND METHODS OF EXERCISE
(1) Rights of Data Subjects
- Users may exercise the right to view, correct, delete, or suspend the processing of their personal information at any time.
- Requests can be made in writing, by email, or facsimile to the department in charge. Bagelcode will take action without delay.
(2) Legal Representatives
- If a user is unable to exercise their rights directly (e.g., legally incapacitated), a legal representative or an agent authorized by the user may exercise the rights. In this case, a Power of Attorney (in the format of Annex No. 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act) must be submitted.
(3) Limitations
- Requests for deletion may be denied if the personal information is required to be collected by other laws.
- Requests for suspension of processing may be denied where there are special provisions in the law or it is unavoidable to comply with legal obligations.

MEASURES TO ENSURE SAFETY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Bagelcode takes the following technical, administrative, and physical measures to ensure safety and prevent loss, theft, leakage, forgery, or damage of personal information.
(1) Administrative Measures
- Establishment and implementation of internal management plans for personal information protection.
- Regular training for employees handling personal information.
- Designation of a Privacy Officer and minimization of personnel handling personal information.
(2) Technical Measures
- Access Control: Strict control of access rights to personal information processing systems; installation of intrusion detection systems to prevent unauthorized access.
- Encryption: Passwords (managed by SSO providers) and identifiable unique information are encrypted; data is encrypted during transmission (SSL/TLS).
- Security Programs: Installation and periodic update of vaccine software and security programs to prevent hacking or viruses.
- Access Records: Storage and management of access records to the personal information processing system for at least 2 years.
(3) Physical Measures
- Access control to computer rooms and data storage archives (managed via AWS cloud security protocols).
- Procedures to prevent unauthorized persons from entering areas where personal information is stored.

MATTERS CONCERNING INSTALLATION/OPERATION OF AUTOMATIC COLLECTION TOOLS AND REFUSAL
(1) Use of Cookies
Bagelcode uses "cookies" to store and retrieve usage information to provide personalized services. A cookie is a small amount of information sent by the server to the user's browser and stored on the user's hard drive.
(2) Purpose of Use
To analyze the frequency of access and visit times, identify usage patterns, and strictly for secure authentication maintenance (session management).
(3) Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Cookies
- Users have the option to accept or reject cookies.
- Method:
- Internet Explorer: Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Advanced.
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data.
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data.
